The Democratic Republic of Congo is a the second biggest country in the heart of Africa with the area of 2,345,410 km2. Bordering with Angola, Burundi, Central Africa Republic , the Republic of Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. With 37% of Africa hydropower potential and and 23 of global potential ,47% of Africa Tropical forest  and 6% of global tropical reserve , and offering a possibility of exploiting an almost full range of  existing minerals on the planet  and significant amount of oil. Since the new constitution was approved  in 2005 Congo has achieved a tremendous economic recovery in recent years. As part of the new government's economy policy, the  country has a new investment code aimed at promoting business development  and investment security. The investment code  establishes an equality of treatment  between domestic and foreign investors as well as simplifies approval procedures, and grants tax parafiscal and customs benefit.
